Welcome to the Parent Portal

The Parent Portal allows you to complete funding declarations for your child's nursery place online.

What You'll Need

• Your email address (used to create your account)
• Your National Insurance number
• Your child's details
• If claiming 30 hours: your eligibility code from HMRC
• If claiming 2-year-old funded hours: your eligibility code from your local authority
• Proof of your child's identity (birth certificate, passport)

The Process

1. Receive a notification from your nursery
2. Click the link to access the portal
3. Create your account or log in
4. Review and complete the funding declaration
5. Sign the declaration electronically
6. Submit for nursery review
